1. Application of These Terms
These Terms apply to the web and iOS versions of the LIFLO personal app provided by Flower Lab., as well as related information pages.
2. Service Description
LIFLO helps individuals organize and continue working toward goals through features such as goal creation, daily records, reflections, game-like encouragement, and AI-generated suggestions.
Features, displays, data structures, pricing plans, and the scope of availability may change when necessary to improve or operate the service.
3. Accounts
Users must sign in using an email address or authentication account that they control. Users are responsible for managing sign-in links, devices, email accounts, and authentication accounts.
4. Prohibited Conduct
- Impersonating another person
- Entering another person's personal, sensitive, or confidential information without that person's consent
- Violating laws, public order and morals, or the rights of third parties
- Interfering with the operation, security, or network of the service
- Automated high-volume access, unauthorized analysis or modification, reverse engineering, or similar conduct
5. AI Features and Important Information
AI-generated suggestions are reference information intended to support goal organization and reflection. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
For matters requiring professional judgment, including medical, psychological, legal, financial, or emergency matters, consult an appropriate professional or public authority.
6. Service Availability and Changes
The iOS app is distributed through the App Store. For each form of the service, including the web version, we may address defects, adjust displays, migrate data, change features, or suspend the service when operationally necessary.
Users should keep their own copies of important records when necessary.
7. Fees and Subscriptions
The iOS app offers the automatically renewing subscription LIFLO Plus for access to additional features. The subscription period, price, eligibility for an introductory offer, and renewal terms are displayed on the App Store purchase screen before confirmation.
The subscription renews automatically unless canceled through the App Store by the required deadline. Cancellation, renewal management, and refunds are governed by the user's App Store account settings and applicable App Store terms.
After the paid period ends, Free plan limits apply. Saved goals, records, flowers, and decorations are generally retained, but access to Plus-only features and creation of new content may be limited.
The web version does not accept paid purchases.
8. Intellectual Property
Rights in the names, images, characters, user interface, text, programs, and other content included in LIFLO belong to Flower Lab. or their respective lawful rights holders.
Users retain rights in goals, records, and other content they enter. Flower Lab. may use that content only to the extent necessary to provide, store, synchronize, and improve the service or respond to inquiries.
9. Disclaimer
Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by Flower Lab., Flower Lab. is not liable for damages arising from use of the service. The functionality, data, display, and continued availability of the service are not guaranteed.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes to the service, laws, app store requirements, or operating policies. Material changes will be announced on a web page or within the service.
